Ensuring Safety and Precision for APEX Dredgers
ECNA Sets New Standards in Maritime Stability.
With pride and determination, ECNA continues its leadership in the maritime industry with a new achievement added to its extensive track record. In our latest project, our distinguished engineering team conducted critical inclining tests to ensure the stability and safety of the dredgers APEX-03 and APEX-04. These tests were not just technical procedures; they were a confirmation of our commitment to the highest standards of quality and maritime safety, conducted under the supervision and presence of a representative from the Safety Authority.
Day 1
Meticulous Planning and Preparation.
The fieldwork commenced with well-calculated steps and precise planning. On Day 1, our team focused on preparing everything to ensure the accuracy of the results. This included a comprehensive inspection of both dredgers (APEX-03 and APEX-04), identifying the optimal locations for weight placement, and setting up the pendulum along with all necessary testing equipment. This phase was crucial to ensure all variables were under complete control, paving the way for a successful and reliable testing process.
Day 2
Successful Inclining Test of APEX-03
With all preparations completed on Day 1, our team proceeded on Day 2 to execute the most critical part of the mission: the inclining test on Dredger APEX-03. With high professionalism and extreme precision, the testing methodology was applied step-by-step. Our Principal Engineers, Beshoy Antwan and Mohamed A. Khalafallah, meticulously oversaw every detail, supported by the invaluable efforts of Engineers Wegdan Mohamed and Fatma Helal. This integrated effort resulted in the successful completion of the test, confirming the stability of Dredger APEX-03 according to international standards.
Day 3
Completing the APEX-04 Test and Final Results.
On the third and final day of the project, all tasks were successfully completed. The focus was on performing the inclining test on Dredger APEX-04 with the same precision and professionalism that characterizes our team. Upon completion of both tests, the team conducted a comprehensive review of the data and results, confirming the stability of both dredgers (APEX-03 and APEX-04) and their readiness for future operations with complete safety.
